Guvera App Bug and My Incident: Charged 1,447.39 INR by Mistake

Finding a good music streaming service is really hard. Today, I tried Guvera and thought about using it in the future. Now, see what happened to me.

First, I tried to make a payment, but it didn't work. I contacted support, and they asked me to provide the error code so they could look into it. The error was "25004 Payment failed".

My card works fine on other sites, but not on Guvera. I thought it might be a temporary issue that had been resolved, so I tried making the payment again. However, they charged me 1,447.39 INR (49.91 INR charged 29 times on the same day). My registered phone kept pinging continuously with transaction notifications.

Even after this, nothing changed in my account status—it still shows as a free account. I have contacted their support via email, but I haven't received a response yet. Perhaps they don't reply to emails after 4 PM.

I will update this post once I receive a response from Guvera. For now, let's see what happens.
